2. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your product arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@streetfusion.shop with clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • If approved, we will provide a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.

3. Order Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping addresses, contact details, and product selections. StreetFusion is not liable for lost packages or errors caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

4. Limited Exceptions

  • Refunds may only be issued if an item is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled. In such rare cases, you will be notified immediately.
