Our secret: Atmospheric Tempering™
Atmospheric Temporing™ is a proprietary which technology leaves the fibers in the garments rest after they experience kinetic tension in each manufacturing process. This is a long process which ensures each garment settles into its permanent, silky-smooth form.
Individually Calibrated in our Zurich Studio.
This process cannot be rushed. It takes multiple weeks of stabilization to meet the true architecture. We do not ship until the fibers have reached equilibrium.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can, even though we doubt that you will ever need to return it. If you do, make sure it is in 30 days and is in pristine condition.
How long does the registration take?
If you register with a code, the process takes a couple weeks, without it takes longer, up to a month
When will I get my order?
We typically ship in 3-4 weeks. We need to make final manufacturing processes and do Atmospheric Tempering™ which often takes some time. This process cannot be rushed.
Can I order without being in the club?
No, we only ship to people in our club. You can enroll under the Ypsilon Mach Club section.
